This policy explains what personal data Pop Up Local collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

What we collect

When you fill in the free audit form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your clinic or hospital name
• Your city
• Your phone number
• The service you are interested in, and any challenge you choose to describe

If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there. We do not ask for patient data through this website — please do not send it.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your free audit and answer your request
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one
• To keep a record of our conversation with you

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured database run by our hosting provider (Supabase). Only our team can read them. The website itself is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them — or earlier if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you
